Update Templates in Bulk

https://api.zetaglobal.net/ver2//templates/bulk_update

Update between 1 and 100 templates across tags and status at once. Templates must be account-level standalone templates, not those that live in campaigns. At least one of tags or status must be used. If any template fails validation or update in a single call, none of the templates will be changed.
