Creates a new asset from a locally hosted file. Supported extensions: "doc", "pdf", "eps", "csv", "pptx", "xlsx", "docx", "ttf", "heic", "svg", "webp", "ics", "css", "html", "mp4", "mov", "bmp", "gif", "jpg", "png", "tif", "psd", "zip"
