Quotas
As the Zeta DSP API is a shared service, we apply limitations to make sure it’s used fairly by all users and to protect the overall health of the Zeta Marketing Platform systems.
As of September 20th, 2022, Zeta DSP API calls are limited to 8,000 calls per day.
If you exceed a quota, you’ll generally receive a 402 or 403 error HTTP status code response. If this happens, you should try again later.
At this time, exceeding the quota limits doesn’t incur extra charges.
