This endpoint will create a complete broadcast campaign for email and SMS channels. Given its size, email content is updated via the Update Campaign Content API. Also supports one_time_file (recipients from an uploaded file) and api_broadcast (launched via a separate API call). Omit campaign_type for a standard broadcast.
